About This Event
Our fall concert will take place at 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Central Reformed Church, 10 College Ave NE, Grand Rapids, 49503. Doors will open at 3:30 pm.
It will feature J. S. Bach’s Cantata BWV 72, “Alles nur nach Gottes Willen”; Bach’s Concerto for Oboe d’amore and Strings, BWV 1055R, with soloist Nermis Mieses, professor of oboe at Michigan State University; Georg Philipp Telemann’s motet “Ein feste Burg” TWV 8:7, and other choral music by Alessandro Scarlatti, Jan Sweelinck, and Charles Villiers Stanford.
