Botanical Color Studies puts color first. Using organic forms as the foundation, you’ll create a beautiful modern botanical painting on a 12” × 12” canvas.
In this upbeat, fun class, you’ll arrange botanical elements on the canvas, trace them using graphite transfer paper, and fill the shapes with paint. Predetermined color palettes are provided as inspiration, with guidance on how to customize or create your own.
The lesson includes color theory and practical color harmony insights, and no prior experience is needed. You’ll leave with a finished piece
