Did you know that the family farms around Grand Rapids and Kent County grow more apples than anyplace else in Michigan? Many of the varieties we grow are ideal for making hard cider – and that’s given rise to several excellent cideries across the area.
Cider Week GR celebrates the local cider scene with nine days of events and activities. (We just couldn’t fit it all into a seven-day week!) We’ll announce more details leading up to the celebration but here’s a sneak peek of what to expect.
