A welcoming monthly group for older adults to read and discuss essays, connect with others, and enjoy guest speakers.
This month’s discussion: What did you mean when you said that?
Language is a wonderful way to communicate our thoughts -- as long as others are on the same page! Often, five different people have five vastly different understandings of the same conversation. Join speaker Dave Kampfschulte for a stimulating, interactive workshop as you discuss pitfalls to communication, and also attempt to come up with common definitions for words like success, religion, justice, and many more.
