About This Event
Guiding Light will host its second annual Guiding Light LIVE! concert on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 4–6:30 p.m. at St. Cecilia Music Center (24 Ransom Ave NE, Grand Rapids). This intimate acoustic event brings outstanding musicians to West Michigan while raising vital funds for Guiding Light’s addiction recovery programs.
Headlining the evening is Glen Phillips, renowned lead singer and songwriter of Toad the Wet Sprocket. Known for his honest, introspective lyrics and elegant folk/pop sound, Phillips will deliver a rare, up-close performance following a busy year of touring nationwide, both solo and with Toad the Wet Sprocket.
Opening the night is a special round-robin acoustic set featuring Ralston Bowles, iconic West Michigan poet and songwriter; Michael Crittenden, Grand Rapids native, acclaimed producer, and founding member/chief songwriter of Troll for Trout; and Louise Coombe, a Nashville-based Americana folk artist. The event also includes a silent auction with unique items and experiences. All proceeds directly support Guiding Light’s addiction recovery programs.
