Macaronage is our annual macaron beer blended in collaboration with our lovely neighbors, the Chartreuse Sisters. This year’s version is inspired by strawberry macarons and features strawberry, cardamom, vanilla, graham cracker, and macaron shells. It’s the FIFTH version of this beer!
Named after macaronage, the delicate folding technique used to make perfect macarons, this beer is a celebration of craft, collaboration, and pastry tradition.
The sisters will be popped up from 5-7pm at the taproom with their famous and delicious pastries, so swing on by and have yourself a delicious Thursday night!
