About This Event
Join us for a casual night of filmmaker insights, fan favorites, and critique of UX/UI in movies. Also, there will be popcorn. Digital systems show up everywhere on screen, but how do they get there? Are they plausible or totally absurd? From the sleek minimalism of Her to the chaotic data floods of Minority Report, on-screen interfaces shape our expectations and how we imagine real products should work.
Across the night, several speakers will each take 10–15 minutes to share creator insights, fan favorites, and sharp UX critiques of how digital experiences are portrayed on screen, then lead a quick audience discussion.
Please arrive between 6:00 and 6:30, presentation begins at 6:30.
Free; limited to 30 attendees. RSVP required.
Seating is limited. Please bring a folding/camp chair if possible.
Dedicated on-location parking is unavailable for this event, but there is the nearby West Fulton public parking lot and plenty of residential street parking available in the surrounding area.
