CARE has been introducing young audiences to the art of ballet since 1992. Each season CARE presents three ballets, each approximately one hour long. The ballets are condensed versions of classic ballets or original ballets based on children’s literature. The CARE ensemble is comprised of 20 student dancers and the additional cast members are selected through an open audition process that takes place each year in April.
