The Trailhead Cafe in Grand Rapids is destined to be one of West Michigan’s favorite new restaurants. The cafe is locally owned and operated by the Smith family of Ada, who recruited local chef Dan Teliczan to create a custom menu. The mouth watering result is a breakfast and lunch menu using the finest gourmet ingredients, many of which are locally grown and produced.
