The West Michigan Savoyards is a non-profit organization dedicated to performing the comic operas of Gilbert and Sullivan for the people of this area. We seek to make musical theatre available at low cost to seniors and students and we strive to share the joy of singing and performing with volunteers from the community. In our 11 years of shows we have grown to a volunteer company of 25 singers and dancers, plus a crew of 19. Our musical accompaniment has increased from one piano to an orchestra of 18. The quality of our shows has been praised by reviewers and by enthusiasts of the works of William Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan. We offer people from high school age to senior citizens the chance to enjoy performing Gilbert and Sullivan.
